Baked with intention.
Rooted in place.

The Spectacled Sasquatch isn't just a bakeryβ€”it's a gathering place on the edge of the Salish Sea. We believe that the best bread comes from patience, local grains, and a little bit of mischief.

Located in the heart of Coupeville on South Main Street, we source our dairy from nearby island farms and our coffee from local roasters. Every loaf is fermented for 48 hours. Every pastry is made by hand before dawn.
